  22.  You have used a copy of the photograph of a girl showing an
  23.  anomalous image in a videotape that you are distributing among
  24.  the proponents of the Gulf Breeze affair and that have been
  25.  sold to other interested parties.

  27.  Please be advised that said photograph and its derivatives have
  28.  been copyrighted by the UNICAT Project, and that its use without
  29.  previous authorization is in violation of the copyright law.
  30.  Following the advise (sic) of my attorney, I am writing to you
  31.  to request the complete list of the recipients of your video
  32.  production.

  34.  The photo is identified by the mark "Photo 22" and my records
  35.  show that it was send (sic) confidence to Mr. Richard Hall in
  36.  January, 1989.  In order to determine if a breach of trust has
  37.  occurred, I would like to have you version of how you obtained
  38.  those photos.

  40.  The videotape that you have produced is not a scientific analysis
  41.  of the photos based on the facts, but a propaganda attempt to
  42.  discredit what you correctly perceive as a serious threat to the
  43.  validity of the Gulf Breeze alledged UFOs.  I understand your
  44.  motivations, but I can't condone your systematic distortion of
  45.  the truth.
